Haul | Quick Week Runs

Hey Dolls! This past week I did a little drugstore run for some essentials and I ended up in Macy's

picking up some MAC Cosmetics products. I've been in the intense search of a foundation and 

powder that fits me completely. Hard thing to do because my skin gets light and tanned so easily.

Hey Muñecas! La semana pasada hice una pequeña parada por la farmacia para comprar algunos elementos esenciales 

y terminé en Macy's comprando cosméticos de MAC. He estado en la intensa búsqueda de una base y un polvo que 

se ajuste a mí por completo. Cosa difícil de hacer, porque mi piel se vuelve palida y bronceada con tanta facilidad.

For my face I picked the Fit Me Concealer by Maybelline, I've heard so many good reviews of 

this little guy, so I'm looking forward to love it. Also picked the Fit Me Foundation wich I loved, 

the only thing I am picky about is the packaging because I HATE those kinds of bottles, I'm a

germaphobe so thinking about an open bottle and all that gives me shivers. That's why I also picked 

the Cover Girl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3 in 1 Foundation (Wow that was a damn long name) which has

a pump. The formula is great but it looks a little bit light on me. So I might get a tone or two darker.

The Fit Me Pressed Powder didnt impress me at all. It reminds me of the Dream Matte Powder, you

have to rub the ish out of the powder to get some product on your brush. It also came kinda light on 

me, so I'm currently using to set my concealer.

Para mi cara elegí el corrector Fit Me de Maybelline; he oído tantas buenas críticas de este pequeño, así que 

tengo muchas ganas usarlo y que me encante. También escogí el la base Fit Me y la verdad me encantó,

la única cosa en la que soy exigente es en el envase,  porque no me gusta ese tipo de botellas, soy algo

Germofobica y solo el pensar en una botella abierta y todo eso me da escalofríos. Es por eso que también escogí

la base Outlast Fabulous Stay 3 en 1 de Cover Girl  (Vaya que fue un nombre largo!)  que tiene una pompita. 

La fórmula es buenisima pero se ve algo palida en mí. Así que,  puede ser que compre un tono o dos 

más oscuros. El polvo compacto Fit Me no me impresionó en absoluto. Me recuerda el Dream Matte,

tiene que frotar la madre del polvo para conseguir algo de producto en el tu brocha. También salió un poco 

palido para mi piel, así que lo estoy utilizando actualmente para fijar mi corrector.

 For lips I picked the Lorea'l Colour Riche Lipstick in Ginger Spice 815, NYX Matte Lipstick
in Tea Rose, NYX Lip Liner in Rose and Wet N' Wild Mega Last Matte Lipstick in Just Peachy.

Para los labios elegí el labial Lorea'l Colour Riche en Ginger Spice 815, un labial Matte de NYX
en Tea Rose, Delineador de labios de NYX en Rosé y por ultimo, el labial Matte de Wet N 'Wild en Just Peachy.

For the eyes I only picked up two things, The One by One Volum' Express Mascara 

by Maybelline  and the L’Oréal Refreshing Eyes Eye Makeup Remover 100% oil free.

Para los ojos solo elegí dos cosas, la mascara The One by One Volum' Express de Maybelline

y el removedor de maquillaje para ojos de L'oreal.  

So now into my Macy's & Sephora lil trip. I wanted to try Soap & Glory for ages now, 

but I didnt have quite the chance, just because I always ended up buying something else that I kinda 

felt was more important at the moment, or some random impulse buy at the store. Lol that's me, 

you know me. I bought the Hand Food Moisturizer for the hands which is GLORIOUS, no wonder

they call it Soap & Glory. This is something I needed so bad for these cold days cause my hands

usually get super dry and to be honest I'm in love with this thing, plus it smells amazing!

Así que, sobre mi pequeño viaje a Macy's y Sephora: Siempre quise probar Soap & Glory por años

pero nunca tuve la oportunidad, simplemente porque siempre terminaba comprando algo más que en ese

momento sentia que era más importante, o en otros casos, alguna compra impulsiva al azar en la tienda. 

Lol esa soy yo, ya me conocen... Compré la loción hidratante Hand Food para las manos, que es gloriosa, 

no es de extrañar que lo llamen Soap & Glory. Esto es algo que necesitaba tanto por estos días de frío, porque mis 

manitas por lo general son súper resecas y para ser honesta, estoy enamorado de esta cosa, además de que huele 

increíble!

I ended up getting the Naked 2 Eye Shadow Palette by Urban Decay (finally) just because every time 

I know there are in-stock of the Naked 3 at the store,they're no longer there when I get there... 

I see there's a shopping problem in this city when it comes to makeup, people just get as crazy as it 

can get. I also got the Boi-ing Concealer by Benefit Cosmetics which work wonders, too bad that the

shade number two kinda looks too pinky for my skintone which has more like a yellow undertone. 

And lastly I got the Smashbox Photo Finish Hydrating Primer

 Terminé comprando la paleta de sombras Naked 2 de Urban Decay (por fin) sólo porque cada vez que

sé que hay Naked 3 en stock en la tienda, ya no están allí cuando llego ... Veo que hay un problema de compras 

en esta ciudad cuando se trata de maquillaje, la gente se pone tan loca como se puede ser. También compré el 

corrector Boi-ing de Benefit Cosmetics que hace maravillas, lástima que el color número dos (el 2do mas claro)

parecer un poco rosa para mi tono de piel, que tiene más bien un matiz amarillo. Y bueno, finalmente compré

el Primer Hidratante Photo Finish de Smashbox. 

Gorgeous colors + it comes with an travel size plumping lipgloss that smells amazing.
(Im not a lipgloss person so I haven't tried it yet)
Hermosos colores + viene con un lip gloss de tamaño pequeño que huele delicioso.
(no soy una persona de usar lip gloss asi que aun no lo he probado)

As for my nails I picked 4 new Essie Nail polishes two Luxe Effects (Sparkle on Top and
JazzyJubilandt) and two dark color to Tis The Season. (Devil's Advocate and Wicked).
En cuanto a mis uñas, escogí 4 esmaltes de Essie, dos Luxe Effects (Sparkle on Top and Jazzy
Jubilandt) y dos de tonos oscuros para esta temporada (Devil's Advocate and Wicked).

From Mac Cosmetics I only got two things, The Studio Finish Powder Plus Foundation 

and the Pro Longwear Concealer. The only down side of the concealer is the packaging cause its

crystal and I know I'll have to be extremely careful with it (not saying Im not, but I know I can to 

get freaky with these kinds of bottles) but overall I love both products, we have to say it, MAC 

will always be MAC. 

De Mac Cosmetics sólo compré dos cosas, el polvo Studio Finish Powder Plus Foundation y

el Corrector Pro Longwear. El único aspecto negativo del corrector es el envase, porque es hecho 

de  cristal y sé que voy a tener que tener mucho cuidado con él (no es que no lo sea,  pero sé que puedo 

volverme extremadamente cuidadosa con este tipo de botellas) pero en general me encantan ambos 

productos, tenemos que decir que, MAC siempre será MAC.

 

And last but not least, from Victoria's Secret PINK I got these two body mist which smell
DELISHIUS! Ready To Party is a slightly citrus fragrance while Warm & Cozy is a sweet,
child like scent, Im seriously obsessed with these babies.

Y por último, consegui estos dos pequeños body mist de Victoria's Secret Pink los cuales
huelen DELICIOSO, Ready to Party es una fragancia un poco citrica, mientras Warm & Cozy es 
una fragancia dulce e infantil. Realmente estoy obsecionada. 

That's all I got for this past week Makeup Run and this is my personal opinion about these items,
anything else you wanna know don't be afraid to ask. 

Esto es todo lo que compré la pasada semana y esta es simplemente mi opinion personal sobre estos productos, 
cualquier cosa que quieran saber no tengan miedo de preguntar.
