Did you know that mixing an avocado with oil and applying it to your hair
can help restore luster and shine to otherwise dull, dry hair?
My mom is dominican and ever since I knew she put weird masks
on my hair whenever she could or I let her. A beauty day was in my
schedule since I was 7. My mom, my sister and I sat in the living room
with plastic caps on our heads waiting for the masks (or whatever my
mom wanted to try) to work and dry.
She has a special relation with avocados, they aren't just for guacamole
and ensaladas an Avocado is full of nutrients, minerals, vitamins and
fatty acids that can add a shine to your hair.
Now that I'm grown up enough I have to do my own masks and try
new things myself. I've been doing an avocado mask for the past 2 weeks
(once a week) and I'll do it 2 times more to complete the month then
Im going to post my opinion based on my final results.
Feel free to try this yourself. This is the way I am doing it and for what
I believe it works for every type of hair.
