So, keeping with the things I did
Before leaving to NYC.
Me and my friends had a special dinner
in The Korean Embassy in Dominican Republic.
The whole dinner was about thank us for
volunteer participate at the National Book Fair.
Where the Embassy had a Stand or spot.
Our daily labor was explain to people
the magnificent things of Korea and
all the important things about the Korean culture.
We also translated names and wrote them in people's arms
with the Korean flag beside.
All the kids were dying to get their arms
"tattooed" like they said.
We talked about Kpop, Food, Traditions, Places, etc..
was a wonderful experience that I would definitely do again.
We even danced to kpop songs,
the whole 2 weeks and a half of the fair.
Showed them Kpop Music Videos
and I Cannot say they didn't fell in love with SNSD
and all the girls asked about JaeJoong and G-Dragon.
So, those days i felt like I was doing one of the things
that I came to this world for.
Helping with the general culture in my country,
and Showing them its more than just The United States out there.
I hope I can go to Korea or Taiwan someday
so I can learn more about their culture,
and can come back to show it to my country. (:
